Dorota is Head of Market Research leading a team of researchers and analysts responsible for carrying out market reports, feasibility studies, highest & best use studies and real estate consultancy. Dorota is a graduate of the University of Łódź and University of Tampere, Finland (EU scholarship). Dorota has also completed postgraduate studies in real estate valuation at the Warsaw Univeristy of Life Sciences.

She has extensive experience in real estate consultancy and research, working previously for six years at King Sturge Polska’s Research and Consultancy Department. Prior to embarking on a career in real estate, Dorota worked in the press office of Radom City Council.

Dorota and her research team at Polish Properties supports the firm’s Valuation Department through the provision of quality market data. She also delivers consultancy advice, including regular market updates, competition analysis, feasibility studies, supportable space calculations, rental analysis and catchment area analysis to clients from both the public and private sectors.
