Our valuations are undertaken only by Qualified Polish Valuers. Two members of Polish Properties including the Managing Director are Reconised European Valuers as well as members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Apart from a detailed description of each property valued, our reports include an analysis of legal title, planning position and a summary of all leases to which the property may be subject. We also undertake a property market overview, a detailed commentary on rental rates and investment yields using data from our in-house market research team and a detailed breakdown of the valuation itself.
